Just make an appointment OrangestO. Aren't you still in school. Tell them you have thoughts of suicide, they will fast track you and you will get to see a professional and you can tell them what you did and they will explain why you did it and what you can do to stop letting yourself get in a mindset were you do crazy things.

This is one of those redflags that probably touches every aspect of your life. So I would get help because the earlier you realize you gots issues, the better off you will be.
