its normal Vegas club dress.... maybe a tad bit more casual for this party but i wouldn't go with sneakers and a tshirt.
yes they stamp you for ins-and-outs.
the party will go to around 4am. I would guess Dice starts around 1am but can't say he wouldn't start a bit earlier. they typically don't publish set times. yes there will be an opener (hopefully a good local).

Loco Dice KILLED it!! Good to hang out with him again since Escape From Wonderland. Also, this picture was taken somewhere around 3:25. Crowd was strong for being that late, was decently packed earlier that night. Dice went on from around 12am up until 4am and part of the crowd hung in there until then.
