If you're just going up to girls, and asking their name, and then immediately asking to get to know her shortly after .. You're always gonna get turned down .
.... Women aren't going to respond well to that, because if they do.. They feel like they are coming off as too easy. How are you expecting them to reply?

Why would she wanna get to know you? What have you said or done besides ask her what her name is that would make her want to hang out with you more and get to know you ?
