it's an excersise program involving aerobics and martial arts that a martial arts champion (billy blanks) put together for weight loss. good program if ya ask me.

i try and work out every other day. i run 2 miles every other day, and try to do jumping rope and wind sprints. i am takin some boxing lessons too. all of this and playing hockey 4 days a week, and its really rough, so i have to know how to fight (if any of you have watched 'real' hockey). i guess you could say im pretty busy, but im in damn good shape.

I'm not so sure of tae bo being a good program as Billy claims to be,in the commercial Billy Blanks says himself that he had been working out for years,so it's a whole load of crap that you will get a body like his by only practising tae bo,what it's efefective for is losing weight,I've seen a few people improving since they start doin' tae bo a year ago,not saying that it's a bad program, but let's face it,it's no miracle I've seen many people suffer during their session

Well, I've practised tae-bo, and it really does help, if you do it the right way (and if you do it EVERY day, instead of once a week). The reason I quit is that we still did the same moves after 1 year (boring!) and that I actually was more interested in martial arts than in tae-bo. I going to practise kung-fu next season (september)!!! I hope it's as cool as I think it will be!!
