Get a liquid foundation that matches your skin colour exactly, also don't forget it will need to be bought for summer and winter when youre skin colour changes.
Then have a look around for a decent blush powder on over the top of that for under your cheeks, you'll have to get it approximately 20-30% darker than your normal skin tone and the actual colour is really up to your skin colour. Peach, reddish colours or even just a light tan/brown with a bit of red pigment in it, don't use a lot though or its really obvious.
Over the top of that you'll need a very light application of powder around 10-20% lighter than the tone of the base foundation with some good translucent properties that will help blend in the rouge and make it look natural, accentuate the areas you want like your cheekbones and narrow your nose.
It also takes a lot of practice to get 'right'

You could have gone with a better outfit than that. At least change the top, as much as you like it (seeing as how you've posted a picture before with you wearing the same one).
I would but my good blouse was in the wash. And I tend not to dress up that much anyway and my wardrobe needs updating. Femming up was one of my resolutions after all. I need to take action soon.
