Since i've been lurking around thought i should pop in here and introduce my self.

New to this part of the forum but not new to the scene at all, used to lurk around this site in the music discussion section back in 01, but ever since i moved to Vancouver i decided to open up an account.
i got into trance in 99 back when i was in Texas for college, got hooked ever since, started going out to EDM clubs in 2000 Oakenfold and Timo Mass were the first big djs i saw. my first big rave was Tiesto in 01, back when i used to like him, and back when raves were good, glad thats gone.
also in 01 i hit Ibiza for the first time, thats when my house interest sparked and my addiction to that place developed, but still had passion for trance.

now i'm more into electro house and breaks but still appreciate all types.
i spin tribal and progressive at home but only for fun.

i live in Toronto now just moved there from beautiful Vancouver to pursue my second degree in finance.
i hit Montreal for the first time two months back and had a blast, mad props to Montreal you guys know how to party. thinking about buying a car and driving up to Montreal at least once a month

as for favorite djs, i hate the word favorite, but i've been listening to lately: Steve Lawler, Nic Fanciulli, Danny Howells, Sander Kleinenberg, James Zabiela, Stanton Warriors, Plump Djs(hence the name), Funk D'void, Tom Stephan, Bob Sinclar, Africanasim.

Hello fellow TAs!

Well I'm new to this board so let me introduce myself. I'm Freddy and have been in the after/rave scene for about 4-5 years. I started going when Sona was still open, but left the scene for a while and came back last year with more fury LOL. I go occasionally to blow out steam and dance all night usually after finals, midterms, etc...

Last year's events that I've attended: Celebration, Swirl, Tiesto, and Armin for NYE. RL for labour day, and Aria for the spring break.

Favorite DJ? I heart Armin.

Anyway, I guess I'll see some of you around...
