I would imagine any funeral is pretty tough to go to, whether u knew them well or not, it’s still like, “damn, this sucks”. Especially when you see everyone who loved them so much suffering.

more companies are moving to IVR now. Especially with work being offshored, it's easier (and cheaper) to use the IVR to direct customers to the appropriate departments than it is to have them being transferred everywhere. At least you've got some voice recognition IVRs in North America (except this one you were referring to Theresa). That technology is still relatively new here in Aus.
