Damn Straight!!! Ecler makes some damn nice mixers. I was thinking bout buying a smacpro40 but i save more dough and spent the $$$ on a Rane Empath instead. I wish more ppl here would sport ecler mixers insead of behringer. not that i have anything against behringer.

First to vote for the Ecler HAK320..... I love mine... i love it. I've used quite a lot of other mixers and would only think of buying something from Ecler, Allen and Heath, Dateq or Rodec or Rane. Much better sound/build quality than the pioneer stuff, which i have to admit i really don't like. Though if you get a djm600 you do have the benifit of using the same mixer in a lot of clubs. My Ecler is built like a tank. If you want a cheap mixer get the Ecler Concept 3. Friend just got one and i'm amazed how good it feels, i actually really like it. If you want a really nice mixer get the Hak or Smac. If you want a mixer with effects/etc get a Nuo 5. I got the Hak instead of the Smac because i prefer the cueing system on the Hak and i like the eq layout. BTW, I know the Hak looks like a turntablist mixer :-) It's great for prog/breaks/trance as well!

started with a vmx100 to learn the basics, decided i needed more channels, moved up to a better mixer with 3 band eq. but still a behringer, it's a djx700. i was gonna buy stanton, but the behringer was just so cheap, i bought it for only $150...i know i'm probably gonna have to scrap it sooner or later...hopefully later...
