Yes, i could live with that.. if i would get a copy of the CD-Rs.
I've also noticed that many bigger labels (Hooj/Lost Language for example) have changed the official CD releases into CD-Rs, partly for the CDs not selling well enough and partly to make the "CD customers" happy by getting all the full length mixes on the CD of which the UK's 20 min "CIN rule" wouldn't allow on official releases.
I've been a CD addict about as long as a vinyl addict, i love both formats. They both have their advantages and disadvantages and IMO together they are better than if just concentrated on either one. That's why I'm feeling quite bad for the many labels' to almost stop releasing CDs.
Heh, good example is the CosmicMan - I Love You CDM with 7-8 mixes. The rumour around it started like 2 years ago and still no release and probably never will.. Vinyls only so far. I know vinyls do sell a bit better than CDs in the electronica scene but sometimes it gets just ridiculous. And a big tnx again for the UK for their FUUKIN STUPID CIN rules!!!
