Oakenfold has gotten more exposure to the American public thanks to his 'Bunnka' album. Tiesto isn't as well known here in the middle US than Oakey is.
Add to that Oakey's soundtrack to 'Swordfish' and you can say he's a LOT more mainstream than Tiesto.
