It actually kinda sounds like Dj Tiesto - Urban Train (Cosmic Gate Remix)

This thread is bogus, however. As the Rush Comes is a fuckin great song, even if the sound was taken from the program, the vocals/lyrics were not, and the overall whole production wasn't either. There is only a limited number of sounds in this world, even though its in the millions, but it is becoming more and more coincidental these days! I think if the song is great who gives a fuck, but then again SCOOTER does this all day long and we bash him for it; so what do I know?

peace.

Steve

Jesus people, stop freaking out. It's two fucking chords. The bass drum is always the same in Trance! Two chords!!! Even if it's for real it's not a big deal. It'd be easy to make that demo sound as well as a prank... You can't copyright a chord progression!!!

Until Dave or josh posts in this thread, we will never know.

On a sidenote, to about page 3, I believe Fruity Loops 2 (And also the early versions opf Fruity 3, were out much before 2002. I think i has fruity 2.7 in 2000(maybe early 2001)?

people.. hello? producers make music from samples (not entirely from samples, but could you imagine a trance track done without samples?). does it really matter if they took it from a professional sample cd or from a shite pack that came with a shite program? it's used in a creative way (even if the track is becoming super-overrated)

So my account is finally activated...

taken from http://www.ornadel.com, the G&D forum;

"...anyway it had a way bigger impact that i thought when i posted the topic at trance.nu. It was just meant as a curiosity. I mean the track is so much more than just those sounds so i thought no one would really care. So i'm really sorry if this have caused questions or whatever.

But still it's not a lie, the samples are there. Thereby I'm not saying that G & D even have heard those nor ripped them off, most likely they did not...." And if they have heard it, it's not a big deal. As someone said; the strings are awesome, and together with the lyrics they make the track...

Moreover i don't like u guys attitude here... i mean if u don't care, why read, why post, why BOTHER?? Chill down... please...

Haha, I totally believe in coincidence. Only thing that are same are the basic melodies but the rhythm is played differently. Seriously, this (beginna) is so simple riff that there's no point of even copying it.
