I can't really think of one tune that stands out this year.

Weird...

I raelly like Ride by Bonnici and Chable and a few others, but none of them are of the caliber that...hm, Hybrids mix Tears From The Moon was last year.

Ever since I first heard it, Firewall - Sincere was my tune of the year. I just got Nocturnal Creatures on vinyl and I can't stop listening to it. This could definitely take over my top spot. Either way, you can't go wrong with Sincere or NC!
