אחי אין סיבה לא ללכת בגיל 14
אומרים שזה עוצר את הגביה אבל עשו מחקרים במשרד הבריאות ווינגייט ראיתי ואמרו שהגודל שהגוף אמור להגיע אליו כתוב מהרגע שנולדים
כלומר שאם נולדתי להגיע למטר 90 אני יגיע לגובה הזה
חדר כושר מסיבי יכול רק להאט את הגביה לא לעצור אותה
ואני מטר 78 בגיל 14 ...

אז למה לא כל עוד מאשרים לי אין לי בעיה

*רוב השרירנים התחילו בגיל 14 למרות שאני לא רוצה להגיע לרמה כזאת

עד גיל 15 אסור להרים משקולות
אצלי בחדר כושר יש תכנית כושר צעיר לגיל הזה
אבל מגיל 15-18 זה כבר כושר צבאי ואני מרים משקולות

אתה ראית אותי מדבר על זה שתפסיק לגבוה?!
הדבר הכי חשוב זה לעבוד נכון שהגב התחתון ישר
אבל מה שאני מדבר על זה שהעצמות שלך והסיבים והכל לא בכושר הכי טוב שהם יכולים להיות כי אתה עדיין מתפתח
ולפי דעתי אחרי 15 זה יותר פאנן להתחיל
אבל מה שאתה רוצה
