wow, i'm sorry, nothing personal, but that's a very sad display of ignorance.
dj sneak is a legend who plays grimey chicago house. mad old school with a lot of funk and flavor, trance isn't everything you know? he's a dj of way more impact or importance in the global electronic dance music than markus schultz by thousands of light years. i was glad to see him there because sneak is unequivocally too underground for this kind of list, but i bet the reason he got there was his last single's popular success (can't remember the name) which i remember hearing on dutch radio and seeing the video on mtv europe even.
fuck all the talk about skill. as stassi said, the djs with the most technical skill are nowhere on this list. as much talent as J00F or Scott Bond or whatever might have on the turntables, there's no way in this earth that you could compare their "skill" to that of QBert, Mixmaster Mike or even dnb djs like Andy C and Marky. go watch the documentary "Scratch" and then talk about skill.
and yeah, i'd rather see Tiesto more than any of these highly-skilled djs. why? because I PERSONALLY like his kind of music better. that is all....
