If Hakkinen were to return he would put both current McLaren drivers to shame even at his age. Being a Ferrari fan Mclaren have been strong rivals with us for ages, and i must say the only Mclaren driver i have ever liked is Mika. He isnt cocky and he can drive better than Kimi and David put together ('98 and '99 world champion).
I think he is the only driver that was a major threat to Michael. I heard rumours of Jaques Villenueve returning for Williams 2005 ? That bloke is a joke even though he won in '97.

Webber WILL be in a Williams next year, no doubt about it, however Flavio Briatore isn't ruling him out for Renault (He is actually contracted to Renault). However, I don't see Renault changing their line-up, especially with Trulli hitting form.
Jaques Villeneuve will not return to F1 in the near future imo. He will end up in IRL or sportscars. I reckon Williams could do worse than DC as their second driver (JV for instance), I think DC will be back to Williams, or maybe Nick Heidfeld? He might be worth the punt, I believe he is very under-rated.
I would have said Scott Dixon until a couple of days ago for the second Williams seat. (He just re-signed in IRL) He outpaced all but Montoya in a recent test of all Williams drivers.
As for qualifying, Mark Webber had a good idea where they have 20 minute session to decide the order for the 1 lap shootout. The shoot-out should remain, just look at Australian V8 Supercars for how exciting it can be. The problem with having sessions is that the big guns will not come out until right at the end of the session - BORING. At least with shootouts you can follow each car, and there is the tension - will he? will he? will he?
You can't tell me Mark Webber's Jag, or even Jenson's BAR coulda made it onto the front row in a session format... bullocks, Ferrari front row again, and again, and again etc. The only way these guys will make any sort of mistake is under pressure, and 1 lap shootouts are pressure filled. Knowing that you have an extra lap in case you stuff up is no pressure.
Thats my two bobs worth

Webber going to Williams might be the best thing for him. Fisichella is also under-rated and is on the same pace as Heidfeld, I would really like to see Fisi in a better team next year. Perhaps Williams?
Good point on the qualifying system, however i can't see that happening to formula 1. It will be the same imo, the FIA changed the quali system to make the grids more interesting. And look what's happened, not much has changed you still have Ferrari at front - by a bigger margin than ever.
