You can get the MP3 right off of the site that "streams" it to you. Just go there, and after it's downloaded, search your hard drive for a file called "475vadim_zhukov_unknown_demo_128.mp3"... it should be right in the temporary internet files directory.
(to get this, I just clicked view>>source on the webpage and looked for where the streaming tool was looking... it was too easy. You'd think a site like MP3UNSIGNED.COM would do a better job of protecting the artists' work...)
And if you don't want me to post the URL of the MP3 file for everyone to see, just mesg me and I'll edit it out of this post...
