Well unless you're gonna say something more bout Belgium being crap trancewise other than MIKE then that's pretty much what you've done.

i mostly agree with a lot of the armin negativety, but in all honesty i would still say he does a decent job as of now (read: he hasn't gone TOTALLY down the crapper, but hes getting closer and closer)

the one thing that pisses me off the most (by far more than anything else) is cheese like burned with desire being spun by him and of course even more so being produced by him (which is 10x worse then him just spinning it)

i mean for me its 10x times easier to tolerate mildly cheesy instrumental trance, but when he puts down vocal cheese, that fucking is totally inexcusable

on the bright site, there is sitll pretty decent trance still being released even in 2004, so its not all sad

before saying anything let's see the DJ Mag Top. Armin is the 3rd. Whatever you can say, but it is great. You can say Armin is boring, anyway his live sets always is full of people. He plays great music, greater than lots of DJs. I don't wanna mention names who suck da dick, cause I don't wanna make a flame war
I respect your opinion, we are different

keep arminizing

Armin? At least he plays something else (even if it is crappy). What about Markus Schulz. I think he qualifies for a "Decline" thread more than anyone, if you compare his old productions/sets with his recent ones. But I don't blame him. Apparently a decline in what some would call quality results in an increase in popularity.

IMO his track selection, his transitions (harmonically impeccable), his interaction with the crowd..

in short: the energy he releases on to the dancefloor

i don't think he's better or anything, that's not important. music is not about "better" and "worse". he's just my favourite of the bunch
