Ok let me clear this up
Although my trainspotting was pretty damn crap on the night as webby will confirm, I am 100% sure about this...
Tiesto played Afterburn - Noth Pole, which is the 1st track on Magik 6. It's labelled as Frattyboy on the Magik 6 sleeves, but If you look at this release, if any one else has this they will confirm that North Pole is indeed the 1st track on Magik 6, and the one that Tiesto played @ Home.
Now with that out of the way, it was a fuckn great night Tiesto wasn't amazing but rocked it none the less. Some very 'rough' mixing at some points, just slamming the next track in but everyone was up for it. Tong was seriously smooth and that big room prog remix of Touch Me is the fucking bomb! And Davoli really surprised me, could have done with less rock star antics but he did rock it, so he's excused
Cheers to all for a great night and good to meet some more TAs finally!

That was my mate Garth, he isn't a TA but I converted him to Tiesto last year
Highlights
Rank 1 - Breathing (Breaks Dub) (just like Armin!!! nice!)
Tiesto - Traffic, Suburban Train, Nyana, Love Comes Again
spewin he didnt play Tears From The Moon, and Flight 643, but he played them at SummaFieldDayze so cant complain!
Tiesto's mixing seemed to be quite spectacular! but i thought Armins was good as well (not as good as Tiesto) until i heard the recording later.
alot of his songs sounded new and ones that i didnt know the name of, but definitely all class songs! loved how he strutured his set too!

Found time to finally make a quick post
Although most ppl wont agree have to say that Tiesto rocked more this time than last. Am basing this mainly on track selection and the overall vibe of the crowd rather than mixing skills.
I was not my usual happy self due to a few personal problems but I really appreciated the huge effort some special TA friends put in to cheer me up and try get me smiling again. Thank you so much guys, am so grateful as it made the world of difference
Loved the vids Erratik and nice to finally meet you IRL, same goes to the other TA's I met (sorry cant remember all names).
Transforma.. Likewise! I really needed that walk so thank you for accompaning me along with our new friends Tina and Bianca.
I did not go nuts with the camera as per usual but have a few vids and pics I will post up in the next few days.
I wont be able to come out again till I am back from Europe but look very forward to next time.

Finally had the chance to surface properly and boy was it an absolutely amazing night. It terms of production and crowd atmosphere I seriously do not think that I havn't been to a better party.
Arrived relatively early and chilled at Home Bar for a little while before heading into Home and WOW. I seriously felt I was in a dream world club or something and talking to Nix later in the night, Home should get every single international dj that comes, NO DOUBT. The screens were just incredible (especially when your off chops) and the images that were filtering through of the city were just amazing! only downer was the fact that there weren't any lasers, which was a bit of a bummer.
Headed in and met up with some Ta's and then eventually made my way down to the dancefloor to see the National Thrst winner play a really solid set (forget his name now). Enjoyed the rock elements that he was incorporating and that vocalist was also quite good!
Then Pete Tong! I thought Pete Tong played an awesome set and in terms of structure I thought he out did Tiesto! nice funky vibes and to end it with that mix of Rui da silva - Touch me was my highlight of the night.
Tiestoooooooo finally came on and I must say that I have never witnessed such an amazing crowd response! In terms of his actual set I thought it was good and not great! Yes he played some monsters which sent me into a frenzy including,
Nyana
Walking on clouds
Street spirit
Traffic (Montana edit)
Hello (Gabriel and dresden mix)
Pole Position
Breathing (Breaks dub)
but I thought that it lacked a certain feel maybe due to its overall techiness. I still loved it, and all the peoples around me made the night one to truly remember!
Big shout out to all the ta/itm crew (you guys are truly my extended family!lol) and my close friends on the night, who endured me throughout

Well, better late then never This party will stick in my memory for ever as my first party down under and Tiesto did NOT disapoint! I had a kickass time throughout the whole night, one of the things I like about this club in comparison to Toronto's The Guvernment is you can actually get right up to the booth and watch the action. The video coverage was really top notch as well.
Who was the guy that played from 12-1, the live vocals provided by the blond chick were a nice touch. Just before the end of his set my friend turns to me and goes "That looks like a wig that he's wearing" and then he wraps up his set and sure enough, it was!
I only got to say hey to a couple TA's since the place was totally rammed and i'm disapointed I wasn't around when you got those group shots!
When's the next outing that will see lots of TA's in attendence?

lol. well i think you will agree with me that there was no way that we would get any closer to tiesto, the people right up at the booth were guarding it a little too hard
the next TA / Trance Event would be 'A Night of Trance' on Oxford Street on May (14th?)
i'll probably wear my other TA shirt this time, so just seek us out

hey was that you who intro'd yourself to me on the dancefloor level rahvin? i'm a bit hazy but remember some canadian dude going HEY!!
glad you liked home. it's definitely one of the best clubs here in syd, but you should see it on a trance night with the lasers going off!
both feature a few of our own AU.TA's on the decks so check out either (or both if you're really keen)!

well i know its a bit late but i haven't been posting on the forums that much these days
can't really add much but overall i had an awesome night. tiesto's set was great but not as good as mobile home as i expected. loved hearing some of the older tracks such as urban train, lethal industry, north pole etc. and even his new stuff didn't sound too bad in a club environment!
was good to catch up with you all as always and great to see everyone in their TA shirts
