The first 2/3's of it is a really boring essay about his past. He made his first record back in '96. Met Tiësto in '98. Did a remix request for him, passed the test and they started working together intensively.
This lead to the production of the first Tiësto-album in 2001. The two of them worked on the production and composition, there is a small group that does miscellaneous stuff (guess that'd be Huinink and the like) but he and Tiësto are the ones that are responsible for the end result. Tiësto calls them "The Band". His contract allows him to work with others or for himself, but he doesn't have the time. And according to him they make a great team anyway so it makes sense to bundle forces.
Also, he doesn't consider the music they make to be trance. "It's much broader, with influences from classic, pop and rock." Yeah, really unique there.
