If I was going to take someone to their first show it would be to see Ferry...hands down. He puts on such a great show and his energy and vibe is intoxicating. I have taken a few people to see him for their first show and they all were blown away. Two of those people did not listen to trance at the time. One of them is now doing trance music (she is a singer).


If it came to live sets or Cds I honestly don't know. Ferry at Avalon is a good live set. Tiesto's old stuff is good. It would really depend on if my friend was into high energy, epic, melodic, hard, etc music. When I got my brother into listening to trance it was after giving him Oakenfold Cds. That was a few years ago though.
