I never understood that. Why must I be afraid of gays if I say someone looks gay? If you can explain that to me

He looks cool! I must be afraid of cool people

I have a shirt that I took from my dad's closet a long time ago that has a few pink stripes on it. Whenever I wear the thing everybody hates it though. It has kinda a lumberjack plaid design but with green and pink instead of more "masculine" colors that a lumberjack would usualy wear.

I think its fun to wear cuz it looks like something that was made way back in the day, yet it is still pushing the boundary of things that are acceptable to wear.

Unfortuantely I live in the south and if you look too different in the south people will give you trouble for it. I'm not so sure that I would be allowed in a few clubs if I went wearing some of the stuff that was in these pictures that got posted. When I was in high school I often wore abnormal looking shirts and people would make such a huge deal out of it; I overheard so much shit talking that people thought I didn't hear. Eventualy it became fun to wear something unusual and see which people reacted to it in which ways. I have a bunch of shirts that I got custom made for me cuz my mom is a sewing teacher and if I find a fabric that I think looks neat I can ask her class to make clothes out of it.

I wish that I could get away with wearing more of the stuff that people in other places get to wear. I think its really fun to be able to don an unusal outfit on occasion. I find that most stuff us males have to wear are set to this strict standard that really puts a restriction on self expression just because somebody is afraid of a certain color or shape. I want to be allowed to expose 80% of my skin when its hot out the way girls are allowed to, but the current social norm makes me almost afraid to try it.

Seriously its that bad over here, I got followed by this crowd of kids tryin to start some shit with me at the mall one time cuz the shirt I had on was odd. I ended up walking across the mall several times trying to stay ahead of them until I eventualy ran into a cop and told them that I was being followed.

I wish the norms we had would allow us guys some more attractive options.

coz the ppl who says such things mostly dont actually know gays and just had those stereotipes in their head so when they see some1 wearin pink or smth, first thing comes in their brain is "that guy is gay" when hes actually not...
anyway when sayin homophobian i was kinda cynical so basically fogy is the right word here...

it can work, but it's just too gay for me

i know what ya mean - i think not payin attention to the models themselves could help...models job is to be able to make some "im cool"-positions and sometimes these positions can be understood as a gays' 1s...
but try to look on the shirt and imagine it on u while ignorin the models' look... the best is to come and measure it...

so much truth in 1 paragpraph...

i see ppls' atitude towards the males fashion-wear in some countries r so fukin "10000 b.c." - but oh its always the same answer - they r just too fogy and conservative...

thats maybe the advantage of israeli society that likes all the new stuff (i even red about this in Forbes that israel is more opened to the new technology and stuff in many ranges from other countries) it can explain maybe why there r so many metrosexual gays in here and the brand wears like ive posted earlier r quite popular among population... there r cases when some ignorant conservatives opened their mouth about all the fashion for the guys stuff but there r the minority here... so...
basically guys here can wear all they want especially when the brands support the idea of the new concept of gays-fashion etc...

ps: and tell those twats to stfu next time theyll open their mouths...

No pink in my closet. And I won't be goaded into anti-gay remarks and subsequent banning either.

kinda makes you wonder what people would be wearing if they were allowed to wear whatever they wanted without fear of consequence.

I for one would have a few visible piercings and some stuff that is currently considered too loud or innapropriate for a skinny white dude like me. Cuz I friggin hate having to blend in with the group here.

Did any of you read about that experiment where they made an antelope in the jungle look different from all the others? The lions hunted down and ate the different looking antelope EVERY TIME.

If I could wear whatever I wanted, I'd probably wear really comfortable pajamas all the time

Personally, I dont understand piercing and will never (in the foreseeable future) get any.

I think it really sucks to have to conform to what everyone else is wearing. At least its not as bad as with music ( you know, "techno")

no. if you wear anything pink it means you've always fancied to get fudgepacked..same goes for anything yellow, green, orange, purple, blue, black, beije, white.
