as for forearms...i've got pretty decent forearms and these are the different exercises i do...
Forearm curls - basically like doing bicep curls with a bar, but only a reverse grip
hammer curls - like doing db curls but instead hold the db palm facing your body
wrist curls (i dunno what they're called...that's what i call them hehe) - sit on the bench with a db. put your forearm on your leg so that your wrist hangs over the end of your knee. then you curl the db up and down.
flexor curls (once again..just my name hehe) - take a straight bar and hold it behind you. then let it roll all the way down to your fingers and then curl it all the way back up...

cause i am looking through the list orbax gave me, which i plan to start next week, and i am thinking at some of them.
going to have do to some research.
walking lunges i think you called them. i was doing that while i walked my deg yesterday. you can definately feel the difference.
