Yeah I would think I would want Del Piero to retire in a Juve shirt but guess thats unlikely with the expectations every year.

I like Trez-Zlatan combination although my critic would be they dont do well in big games. Zalayeta is the most underrated on that squad and Mutu needs to move I think to become his old self. He is good at Juventus but I think he could be better if he was the main guy.

It feels like Capello is playing with Ibrahimovic and Trez too much. I would have given Mutu, Del Piero or Zalayeta the chance to play tonight against Club Brügge, Although they're playing at home in Belgium. I also think that it's too early in the season to decide if Mutu should be in Juventus squad or move to another team, He's got to be given a fair chance, My oppinion.

I think if they keep Mutu they need to make him into a attacking midfielder whose keen to attack. Sorta like Reyes. He would be the perfect replacement for Nedved in the next year or 2.

Also it looks like Milan is really shooting for the Champions League. I sorta suspected this to happen but not just them but Juve too. Roma is just laughable and disapointing. I was thinking Roma would turn it around But I mean come on. All that talent and they tie livorno?! Its a sad story although who cares gives us and you guys an advantage now anytime we play them

Also Roma fans were a disgrace today. Nazi and Celtic nazi flags and portraits of Mussilini that were confiscated by Police later in the match. Its a shame that alot of the Roma and Lazio fans are extreme um racist?? people like that

Either way, they are really under-performing.

My pick of the season: Udinese all the way baby! They lit it up in the CL and gave a better performance than any of the Italian teams. They lost today, but they'll be back!

But honestly, suprise suprise, 3 games in and who's on top of the table? I think its an unspoken agreement, that even though they don't play the prettiest, they play the most consistent. Nothing touches the Old Lady of Italian Football.

Udinese will crash and burn or they will be last years Everton. They lost their 2 most important players and really didnt add anyone significant to replace them.

Not to mention they lost Spalletti, but they have Cosmi who is more than capable! But lets be honest their attack line-up is more than decent for a UEFA/3rd spot fighting team. I see one of the big three of Juve/Inter/Milan falling into 4th or 5th this year to be honest. I see a team like Samp, Fio, Udinese putting a good fight for the Scudetto until at least 2/3s into the season.

It's pretty good that Juventus played pretty bad against Ascoli in Turin and even though they played pretty bad, They got away with the win, That's for sure. But I still think that it's very strong to win when you're not playing on your highest skill. Trezeguet should've got the chance until about 15 minutes into the second half, Because Zlatan Ibrahimovic was pretty bad - Surely very bad against Ascoli.

Alessandro Del Piero was very good, I would like to see him, Mutu and Zalayeta more in the starting eleven instead of the same two guys - Nothing bad though, Because they're very good.
