i love out of the blue, it is a classic for sure.. but i think xpander is very average and doesnt deserve all the ass licking it gets. thats just my opinion though.

there are lots of tunes which ppl are obsessed with which I dont understand, for example As the rush comes, Rank1 - Airwave.

perfectly fair enough, each to their own. just cant personally see what all the fuss is about. i quite liked as the rush comes, but yes it was over rated... dont get me wrong i dont dislike xpander, but it's nothing special in my ears.

I'm guessing that most of the people who are obsessed with Xpander haven't heard Spooky - Little Bullet (Live Version). Sure Xpander is a good track but it's too similar to this, and this is a far more influential and innovative production for it's time.

i love as the rush comes.. ill never forget when gabriel closed the night off in toronto with the sweeping strings mix.. it was so amazing.. and you cant generalize a track as overrated.. its only your opinion.. when it gets the whole club going crazy, you can be the idiot in the corner saying "this track sucks"..

I like Little Bullet as well, but Xpanders heavy thick bassline and beefed up sounds are something special.
it will work in a set for years and years to come. It doesnt sound dated a bit.
