Yeah, I agree. The 2 times I've seen Erik K he starts it out kind of hard.

Erik K's not a bad opener, and at least skill wise he's getting a LOT better, but I agree, too much trance in a night is rough...

In all fairness to Erik though, where else is a local Trance DJ going to play? He can't exactly open for the Burridge or Lawler crowd...

I was just listening to ASOT 214 and wow, I'll add this track to the "I hope he plays this track" list:

U2 - Where the streets have no name (Nu NRG instrumental)

Plus...Kuffdam & Plant - Summer Dream (any of the remixes of it would be cool too) or Smith & Pledger - Northern Lights. Throwing in a bit o' prog, Perry O'Neil or Markus Schulz style, here and there would definitely top it off.

Rob, btw, I listened to your new set. Sounds quality and nice mixing too. What mix of "What You Are to Me" is that? Tracklist?

Will be great to see all the TAs

That track is in ASOT 213.....the beat is pretty pumping. Would go off in a club, for sure.
