5'7 150lbs (short but built )

Nah but the funny thing is I am perfectly healthy and I don't even look like I weight 135. Its just that my metabolism is ridiculous. I have been trying to put on weight for some time now but it seems impossible for me. Im about to try a weight gaining drink or something.

surprisingly beer hasn't caused significant weight gain for me... maybe it's cause I'm still a bit overweight (156 5'8)... but I tend to believe that this common folk myth is just that, a myth.

At least in large part. When I drink a few beers late at night with friends, that doesn't diminish my hunger one bit.

6'4" 295, but i have been alot bigger in the past

I'm 5'6". Weighed myself today and proud to say I'm down to 155! Down 50 lbs from last year
