That's somewhat of a crappy example of what oldskool Trance sounds like. Here are better:

yeah your examples are more what most of the oldskool trance sounded..
but crappy? you call "humate - love stimulation" crappy? that's one of the rare old trance songs that still today sound as enjoyable as the day it was released.
i actually spotted only 2 of those clips, one was age of love - age of love, and one was energy 52 - cafe del mar (cosmic baby remix)

that clip is from Café Del Mar (Oliver Lieb club remix) which was released in 1997.
THIS is the Cosmic Baby impression from 1993.

And not a single word about Sven Väth. LOL!

Maybe Talla made a much bigger contribution to the whole scene (maybe even invisable, on the background, maybe just by grounding the Technoclub).
The discography of Suck Me Plasma, to me, is much more impressive then the discography of Eye Q.

TallaXL2
quote:
Talla founded the "TECHNOCLUB" established in 1984, located in the legendary Dorian Gray (R.I.P) @ the Frankfurt Airport.

Sven Väth
quote:
1986: Still DJ in the Vogue club, he starts making a name for himself on an international level as a party master. He works in Ibiza and following to his return to Frankfurt he produces his debut project, OFF and the Stan Ridgeway-inspired single "Bad News" (on the Bellaphon label), with Michael Münzing and Luca Anzilotti (later to form Logic/SNAP). This makes Sven the first club DJ in Germany to produce and market himself. It also lays the foundation for the "Sound of Frankfurt". In the same year, he and Münzing/Anzilotti produce the second single, "Electrica Salsa".

I can understand why they just talk about Talla and not Sven, but also would understand when another site just would mention Sven.
There are different ways of viewing at something. Both could be OK.

By the way, I think the site shows a nice overview. Maybe not 100% correct but at least a good try.
Since it seems that you know it all maybe you should give it a try to make the perfect overview instead of just shoting at others.....

Suck Me Plasma may have released more than Eye Q but the latter made a much greater impact on the trance scene and paved road for many future producers. And the amount of classic releases which became all time trance hits are way more on Eye Q such as:

Zyon - No Fate (1991)
Energy 52 - Café Del Mar (1993)
Cygnus-X - Superstring (1993)
Cygnus-X - The Orange Theme (1994)
Vernon - Vernons Wonderland (1993)
Odyssee of Noises - Firedance (1994)
Brainchild - Symmetry (1994)

these are tunes which have been rereleased numerous times.
Off Suck Me Plasma I can only think of Sunbeam - Outside World and the early Dance 2 Trance releases which were important.

Sven Vath had nothing to do with the founding of Eye Q....
