I doubt Aria would be foolish enough to book trance djs to counter with Tiesto but you never know

How would that be foolish?

Because whether you guys like Tiesto or not, he will still attract the majority of the trance fans that night. Having a competing event with less popular trance djs will lose money since they give up a lot of their potential clients to tiesto. Face it, for each of you guys who follow the 'scene' closely, there are at least 10 people who don't and are really excited to see tiesto. When he played at Docks in Toronto, Guvernment booked a shitload of techno djs which is pretty rare, and they actually ended up losing $$ that night(for once!)

The only way I see aria making money is if a lot of prople get turned away from the door at Circus and still want to party.

I don't know man. I know a good 20 people who would rather see a trance DJ @ ARIA then see Tiesto at Circus. Now, granted 20 people won't make ARIA millions of dollars, but I'm pretty sure there are others out there who are repulsed by Tiesto...

I think Aria will still pack the house...Not EVERYONE can go to Tiesto, and besides...there must be lots of people who realize how disgustingly packed and sweaty it'll be at Circus that night...and how it's really not worth the money!

Honestly Tiesto sucked so Bad @ BeB last year that I wouldnt be suprised if most of the crowd @ circus is not from Montreal.We are a city that has good taste in music.

Anyone have info about the night?? What time he's playing??

I asked Alex, and he told me tiesto will be on the decks from 2 AM to 8 AM ........ for the rest, you can call him i guess ...

I was at Myst on saturday and I overheard at least 20 people talking about Tiesto that night and how excited they were for the 25th. There was a crew there that kept screaming TIESTORRRRRR at every buildup (needless to say the DJ was not Tiesto). i was entertained

How much are tickets now anyways? One meelion dollars?
