Germany vs. Switzerland has been a pretty interesting match and a lot of chances has been created, but missed. Germans needed to score a goal too have a chance to continue playing in the tournament. Olaf Kölzig was taken out of the goal, but they didn't manage to score a goal.

Yesterdays hero Martin Gerber was resting this game.

Although, 2-2 the final result.

Hmm. Finland has played surprisingly well in the mens curling. If they continue doing so well, i have high hopes.... even if they have done some very big mistakes in some ends and losing several points like in today's earlier game against Italy they lost an end where there was a chance to get 5 points. Argh!

Our mens' skiing has sucked for the most part.. and ski jumping has been far from the expectations. Rather disappointing after all the hype.

Lots of surprising wins in the games overall and even more surprising losses. We'll see what happens.

They've also won over Sweden, and Sweden is really falling apart right now..

Peter Forsberg won't be playing against USA. Mikka Hannula is going to replace him, but not because of a injury. Only because they want him to rest..

men's curling - US beats Great Britain and advances to the medal round!

it's quite interesting hearing what the players are saying while rolling the stones. the Brits are very funny IMO.

the most sucky sport besides ice hockey at the winter olympics are the snowboard competitions, dont know who came up with the decision to let them take part at the olympics

curling, snowboard (cross, freestyle and what else) can easily be dropped imho

(btw: we are leading atm in the medal ranking )

+1 snowboarding is a joke and the boarders or whatever you call them arent in it for their nation there there for themselves and sponsors (which most olympians are I guess but not to that degree)

curling is boring it can be in there but dont televise it
