It's not a money issue (cuz it's only 25 more) it's more of a time/getting my friend to go issue cuz we're getting a euro rail pass for 15 days thus trying to minimize our stay in each city. i am there don't get me wrong, it's just i'm trying to figure everything out this week. if we get the rail pass, then we need to start using it right after DV so i could get to valencia and take a ferry to Ibiza ))

but if i get it b4 DV then the longer we stay @ one place, the more days come off the rail pass.

You will thank me later.. trust me on that. And if you get to Amsterdam early Friday morning (then we can all go together) then you will only be there Friday, Saturday and can take off on Sunday so it is only 3 days off your Europass.

Or better yet, Bax is there anywhere in Holland to purchase a europass? cuz if you purchase the pass in Holland and just pay to take the train in. Once you are there it is only about 4 Euro to take the train from Amsterdam Centraal to Amsterdam Sloterdijk round trip and the buses will take us from there for free and to top it all off then your Europass will still have a whole 15 days left on it

there are only like 15,000 weekend tickets sold so soon if you want to do that, but if you are going just for Saturday you can probably hold off much longer.

I assume youre talknig about the Eurailpasses? They're meant for foreigners travelling Europe...

On the dutch site on www.ns.nl is says non-european ppl can get the tix withing 6 month of their arrival in Europe. You can get them ar the Eurail Aid Office on Amsterdam Central Station or Schiphol. You need to show your passport and your flight ticket to verify the date of your arrival in Europe.

I could't find this info on the english part of the site... Maybe you can email NS about them
