Prepare to be raped of ya hard earned cash if you buy anything in Global. It is ridiculously expensive!
Wouldn't be surprised if they increase the set times laminates by another £1 (£6-7). The variety of food on site is mainly burgers and chips (however in the camping they do have better variety and vegetarian options) but will cost you a £5 each time.
A can of beer will be £4 or more. My advice get a rucksack with a drinks compartment so you don't have to drink lukewarm beer all day.

state that you don't live in the UK and if you can pick up the tickets at the box office on the day. Usually with credit cards they do this if they can't dispatch the tickets in time.

When it rains because its in a valley its a nightmare. the weather is nice now but even tho I am going can see it being an absolute nightmare for that weekend. 2003 wasn't as bad as GCSSS2001 tho. The ground will hold up unless it proper pours down. Still there is 2 weeks to go so u can't ever trust the weatherman.

Homelands 2000 was a state, because that's a bowl-type formation there were rivers running down from all directions and forming a lake at the bottom. The bottom being where all the marquees were, great fun!
