yeah LMAO apperently they love steve finley as well "TRAITOR!!!"
well the Marlins hope of getting a stadium in Hialeah failed I guess as the governer and others voted against putting 60 million for the new stadium
Marlins attendance still sucking as well, a couple of games in the past week only one thousand fans, place was packed though for a dontrelle game when 6 thousand showed up

nice comparison. i like how the guys on baseball tonight keep saying stuff like, "just wait until they get griffey back in the lineup." seriously have they not kept tabs on his career in cincy? i really like griffey but injuries have killed him and made him so undependable its not even funny.
The Baseball Tonight guys are morons. Case in point... this EXACT situation last year. They were all sucking the Nationals and sauing how they're so great and that they "could definitely win this division." It's pretty easy to say that when they were 35 and 15... then what happened? Really... those guys are morons.

anyone else think that the braves closer is just plain bad? he looked awful again tonight against the mets. I think Bobby Cox needs to make an adjustment.

why dont they just have peter gammons talk for 30 minutes. the last thing i need to see is harold reynolds stating the obvious like "albert pujols is a great hitter." or watch them dissect barry bonds' swing this year vs. three years ago.

The Braves' best closer is also their best starter. That bullpen is horrendous.

My roomate is obsessed w/ the Mets, and I must say I've jumped on their bandwagon too.
I live in between Philly and NYC now, and out of the three teams I think I'd rather be a Met fan than a Yankee or Philly. I like the Phillies I just cannot stand going to that ballpark. The fans blow, who the hell booes your team like that??
There was never a team near me in VA so I this is the first team I've really cheered for.

i used to love that guy when he was on the royals. he gets so pissed whenever anyone hits a homer off of him, so needless to say there was a bunch of stomping and pouting every game.
