Can we bring a cooler with food and non-alchoholic drinks like Redbull, soft-drinks, water?

do they have lockers or something of that sort where ppl can store valuables which are not water friendly?

There will be lockers for sure but it will be a first come first serve basis. As far as bringing in any out side food or drink the venue will simply not allow it.

What is the policy for people who want to get out then come back a little later to beachclub with their bracelet?

Yes, everyone will be given a bracelette (to be put on very tight to avoid shadyness) and a stamp and ins and outs will be allowed as we realize that people will need to go to their cars and such.
