yeah thats true.. professional body builders i think go down to about 7 % body fat.
im sure if i measured my body fat percentage now it would probably be around 8 or 9 %
and for the record i wasnt recommending steroids at all.. i was just recomending regular excercise.. its healthy to be able to do so many push ups and support your own body weight.. should you choose to take it further then gaining 20 lbs unaturally is up to you. Im just recommending he take the first step in becoming more healthy and increasing his body strength and weight naturally

Professional BB go below 3% (I think as low as 1%)before competition, which is already unhealthy. Anywhere from 10% to 15% is considered "in good shape" for men, ~5%-10% is considered athletic.
