It's a Steve Lawler edit of a Danny Howells edit of a Layo and Bushwacka remix of a (and here's the ball ache!) of a track that i don't know that uses a sly and the family stone sample.
the mix you're on about isn't available though unfortuneately as it's just a re-edit that Danny's rammed full of drums.
