Do it. It'll mean one less car on the road for the rest of us.

Dude - that would TRULY be a costume of greatness and pure awesomeness! Best ever (for the current year anyways), I might even venture, Cale!

+1

did anyone else see the top gear episodes where the car raced a boat, train, and plane and won every time!?!?!?!?

cars ftw. just need to behave most of the time and have a decent car.

i don't even spend $1000 a month on my car. (except certain months where i've spend over $1000 on a few parts. ie: suspension.

Now it is...
1. Decent teeth
2. No ex-wife/kids
3. Affectionate
4. Self sufficient
5. Car
6.... the list goes on

Is it in that order too?

I think the bottom line of this thread is do your financial math, and see what makes sense to you. Factor in the cost of your time as well, regarding commuting times. If you will be staying within the downtown core and most of your travelling is within that area, it is perfectly doable to exist on the TTC montly pass and do it very well. However, if you absolutely need the added convenience every wheekend of going somewhere on your own terms and time, factor that in as well. In that instance, a car is an almost neccessity.

Ahem...moi, Cribbs (Like Stereoprincess...I've been driving myself around town since I was 16 as well)

And yeah...Superstring's theory about girls needing rides from their men is uhhhhh kind of "off"

He should know better

Edit: Floorwhore...IMO, you're better off keeping the car...just don't speed...the end.
