Laws are established to serve the people and police exist to enforce laws so that order can be preserved and the people can be protected from those who disobey the laws - how was this person going to harm somebody by not having an identification on him? I agree. The force used was uncalled for. Maybe one tazer if that..the kid was skinny enough for those cops to pick him up and carry him away, which is what they SHOULD of done.
