I really think it depends who is playing the system. For example on Friday the opening DJ played too loud and I found it sounded distorted at times and the sound was actually annoying me, but when the headliners came on (Rosabel), they played it perfectly. Saturday sounded great for both Brad and Lexicon. Oh shit...was I there 2 nights in a row?? I think I live there lately...scary.

i can't put in words what an amazing night i had last saturday- i waited until now to write... and still don't know what to say. one of the best parties i've been too. the TA take-over of Sonic was incredible.... we owned that place! i had a great deal of wonderful chats and such-

brad copeland was spot on. if i had to leave at 4 am i would have been a very satisfied dancer. he kept the crowd movin- i just couldn't get over that system vibe (minus the high ceilings as brad had said to me).... he just looked right up there. he was happy- smiling and lovin every minute of his set. (from what it appeared to me anyways) "Welcome to Sonic Brad" ---- "good riddance This is London"!! lol

And lexicon were amazing- now that we showed them what toronto was made of... i'm sure they'll back back sooner then later- great prog beats... relentless... i wasn't diggin the tribal that they played later in the night (early in the morning) it just didn't mesh well with the prior beats....

underworld - peggy sussed --- track of the night for me! incredible tune on those surround sound speakers i love so much!

until the next sonic return ... (cribby's bday maybe????).... i now bow out.....
