| Your right, it's generally the US that sees this problem. I went up to Vancouver a couple times, I went to the malls and out to dinner and walked the streets with my friends, not once can I recall seeing some kid who dressed up like a rapper, or gangster. People really dressed well, and I witness this in any country outside of the US that I've been to.
Or if people don't see it in the US where they live, I saw it a lot in my school, the majority of the kids were white, suburban living. My statements are only observations to what I saw.
