I will rip you up now.

Maybe you are to brainwashed to remember that the first Gulf War was caused by the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait and Iraq's posturing that they could also invade Saudi Arabia. Thank you for highlighting this, yet another fantastic example of Arab on Arab violence that you have somehow come to believe is "caused" by America. |
The first gulf war was "caused" by Iraq invading Kuwait? Why did AMERICA get involved in that? How did Iraq CAUSE America to bomb the living shit out of Iraq? Did Iraq invade the US?
No. However, it did invade what the US thinks they own.. which is Arab oil.
Saudi Arabia was going to be invaded by Iraq? Are you going to fall for the fake satellite photos which were debunked by Russian intelligence claiming that Iraqi forces were ammassing on the Saudi border ready to invade?? Or are you going to believe that those satellite pictures (which ended up being sand dunes) were real 16 years later.
What a joke!!! lol
| quote: | | The second Gulf War was to liberate Iraq from its opressive dictatorship. |
Excuse me? I thought it was becuase he had Weapons of Mass Destruction? Or are you going to make up more excuses since these lies just dont add up?
You want to liberate Iraq from an oppressive dictator which you guys supported in the 80's and helped out militarily to bomb Iran, yet when he wants to control someone elses oil, he its time to "liberate"
Why dont you liberate the Saudi Arabian people??? That is just as oppressive as saddam.
| quote: | | While I support our President and our Military, I do think we are foolish to think we can impose the value of freedom on other people. There is a segment of the population in Iraq that does not care about rights, liberty, and freedom. |
No. There is a segment of society, well, most of the iraqi people to be exact - that dont WANT TO BE OCCUPIED BY IMPERIALISTS WHO WANT TO CONTROL THEIR OIL!!!!!
| quote: |
All they care about is "I'm Sunni and you are Shia so I must kill you". Under Saddam these people could not freely kill each other because of his oppressive government. Now that he is gone, its a free for all. |
No no little child. Its more complex than that. There are people in different parts of the world that need to control this playground of black gold beneath them. Iran wants more control of its region becuase it fears the invasions of their neighbors may replay on their soil, and the Americans want to control oil rich countries by either occupying them or being bed buddies with their puppet installed leaders... kinda like Saddam was.
Iraq is a battle ground for power between a very strong Iran and a losing America. You people got yourself in a hell of a mess.
| quote: | | So I guess we could be responsible in that way, I guess we should have just left the murderous dictator in charge of the country. The bottom line though is that there are no American soldiers forcing the Arab on Arab violence in Iraq to happen, blame who you want, but they ARE responsible for their own actions. |
How did saddam become a murderous dictator?? Who supported him? Who sold him Chemical weapons that he used on the kurds while looking the other way, and then sold him more???
America's minions (the Sunni alliance) are helping out with the insurgency too. You dont think Suadi Arabia is helping cause civil strife in IRaq too? You make it sound like these people just got up and said "HEY.. LETS ALL KILL EACH OTHER BECUASE WE ARE CRAZY MUSLIMS!!"
America has caused this mess. They made a chaotic environment where this tension is fueled.
More people in Iraq wish Saddam was still in power. Its the lesser of two evils.
| quote: | I'm not sure when the third time we invaded Iraq was, maybe you can help me with that.
I do look forward to the day when alternative fuel sources are developed. Then we will no longer need their oil and we can leave that part of the world to freely kill each other if thats what they want to do. |
The second time they invaded, which wasnt as destructive as the first and third time, was under Clinton,, it was in 1998.
Second, its so nice to see that you are actually admitting to meddling with the middle east becuase of the oil. But its said that you cant see the contradiction in your post.
You say that you went into Iraq to liberate the people, yet you admit that OIL is the main factor why America is in the middle east and that you hope different energy sources can become available so that you can leave and that way everyone can kill themselves.
Its sad. deep down inside you know why the US invaded, but cant come to terms with how corrupt and greedy your government is.
FUCK BUSH AND HIS COCK SUCKERS
