I change mine every other week.

Some people only change them once a month or every other month, natsy.

I sleep with jammies *shorts, undies and t-shirt usually*, and socks, and I HAVE to be really warm with a cool pillow before I can fall asleep.

Oh, and pillow between the knees as well.

If I am sick, I will put on a sweater, and sweat pants. I like to be super duper warm when I feel like shit.

Very very rarely, I will sleep naked, but it is ONLY after sex and I am already naked. But even then, I usually at least throw some undies on.

What's the point of wearing shorts AND underwear? (aside from one week a month)

Uh no cause I have hardly any body fat on me...it's cold! Esp in Michigan (even now it's April and the lows are in the 30s). I would have to have a lot of blankets on me or an electric blanket. I don't feel much heat in my room...though it's hot as hell in this computer room. But if I lived somewhere where the lows were in the 80s or 90s, perhaps boxers...

I went through a phase of not wearing underwear at night, and during that time, I got 2 unrinary tract infections. I don't know if they correlated with each other, but ever since then, I have slept with undies on, and I haven't had any vaginal issues since.

Not to mention, I feel better with them on... I get less irritated.
