I think they've chained the guy at The Guvernment to the wall, cause every time I go there... he's there. I mean he's been there for years! He looks spanish or something and is always looking more like he's forced to live there. Maybe he lives in the storage area under the stage in the main room. With the new main room renovation where are they going to let him stay?
