Played on one of these for the first time at an after hours gig in Chicago last night - played about two hours, and really, really enjoyed playing on this mixer. It may have been because the club I played at earlier in the night had a DJM 600 and relatively rough monitors that skewed me in favor, but man oh man did I feel like I played better at afters than I did in the club.
But I digress... onto the mixer.
The fact that each channels filter is independently controlled is really nice, the fact that the cueing system is the same as the 92 is very nice, and the sound quality is class. I did find that I missed the four band EQ, and that because it was only the 3 channels the overall weight the low end pulls on the 62 and 92 is not quite as much. Still, a relatively minor complaint.
Definitely a sound choice, would recommend to anyone in just about any genre considering buying their first "serious" mixer.
I'd recommend it over the DJM 800 in a heartbeat.
