now they have almost got all the electrical in, plumbing is about done, vents are all in I think. they are putting drywall in each room soo that should be sooooon.



and here is a shot of 3 burros I saw on a hike the other day, they were hunting for oreos.

wow looks like it will be done in a few short weeks instead of months.

they estimated it at Feb 28, but I am thinking early Feb. still got a bunch inside to do, floors, carpet, cabinets n such.


plus we capped our interest rate for the mortage at 6.125 that makes me happy.
