Practicing everyday. I actually had to take one apart, cause the fader button kept skipping back to 0 pitch if it was gently touched. No biggie
Eek, had no idea it was doing that. I did used to keep a piece of paper on the slider in the one that didn't have a knob, as it made the slide feel much tighter. I'd imagine just finding & attaching the pitch knob would fix it too, but sounds like you got to the bottom of it.

I just used a knob from spare channel on the mixer.
Ehh, ill probably will take pics. Its just so dark over there...I need to make myself some business cards. Whenever i take pics of people, they ask me for one and i dont have one.
I know Keryn probably wants some new pics of her ripping it up....

What kind of music do the local DJs play? I might be spending most of my time there.
I've just listened to a few of M.I.K.E.'s recent sets and I'm VERY worried. I like uplifting trance, but the two sets I listened of him were funky electro beats
The sets were:
M.I.K.E. - Club Elite Sessions 2/28/2007 and
The second half of John OO Fleming - Global Trance Grooves 50 12/6/2007
Should I be worried? He did not sound like Push at all

Oh, and Rebel is a completely different spot. Rebel has 4 different rooms with 4 different dj's, and is quite large. Love is a smaller venue, with:
-one main floor (that's where the ridiculous system is installed)
-one main bar area (where there is a second DJ setup)
-one pass-through room between the main bar and the main room which also has a small bar
-one "fraggle rock" lounge room that you need to be see to understand
"Fraggle Rock" HAHAHAHA LOL. I think I got the picture.
Can we bring cameras?
