MMMM I'll check that place out too. There was a place in Windsor that used to do 3 crepes for $6-9 and there was a HUGE list to choose from. Dessert crepes and lunch/dinner crepes. It was called Romantica. Too bad the old woman who ran it died

The Casino Buffet in Windsor has personalized dessert crepes...soooo good.

Shredding cheese instead of slicing it = win.

Depending on the sandwich, some crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese can be a major improvement on the usual Tex Mex.
