the problem is you're making an assumption that i am making an assumption. you werent there, you didnt see what i saw, you are assuming i was assuming.
this is not just one incident, this is something i see all the time, i am not hallucinating. fact is we're only human, we're not perfect, we get influenced visually. most rock bands and other traditional forms of music have a visual element to the experience, a rare few (like tool) try to hide their appearance to focus the audience on just the music. the roots of EDM, originally, was to focus the audience on just the music, and take the rock star or visual person on stage out of the equation. over the years EDM has gone away from that and more towards a visual thing (see the david guetta loreal video lol). its become more ego centric / rock and roll style. if there was a spectrum to define how much an artist relies on a visual aspect it would be daft punk on one end and a majority of minimal artists on the other.
and then seeing comments like these only supports my observation:
"I think her beauty really adds to her show. Not trying to diminish her skill in any way, but she's so adorable. And it's a really natural beauty too. She's this edgy looking gal. None of this "HEY I'M GOING TO PLAY WITH MY TITS SHOWING" shit.
My guess is most guys have a crush on her..."
...
"I guess it's her expressions while spinning. You can really see the enjoyment and the excitement in her. Like a kid playing with a toy with a huge smile on their face."
...
"Theres just something special about this cute tiny little girl playing these fucking out of control records in such a weird way that is really her own."
sorry if this is getting offtopic and become a thread about magda.

Hey now...don't bring me into this.
I'd rock out to her music regardless of what she looks like, as long as she can bring it. I well enjoyed her recorded sets before seeing what she looked like. Pardon me for noticing her beauty. And I also meant that she keeps it natural. No gimmicks to make people notice her more while spinning, i.e - a fucking mouse head.
but yes, back to the techno discussion .
