And yes you can have 2 drives on a single IDE cable, but you must do the jumpers for master and slave. Alternatively you can set them for "CS" instead. CS, or Cable Select, just detects them and deals with it automatically, but cable select can cause problems at times. I don't personally recommend it. |
oh i was referring to now, with the new mobo i would do a fresh. i kept myself from buying any computer stuff today, so i didnt get a HD. my restraint makes me proud, plus im not too sure about my ebay deal i havent had a response from the seller in 3 days which is pretty poor ebaymanship|
