And Emil - we've already done the laporoscopy (sp?) before and that's getting done again to see the spreading.
It's incredibly bizarre that you are experiencing this. I just had my laparoscopy April 17th... I am still recovering.
I find out officially this Wednesday during my post-op if they found any malignancies.
If you don't mind me asking, as I am experiencing the same thing, what did they see that they determined was cancerous? Did you have endo? I am concerned that I might have it, and it may get overlooked. Do you have any family history of it?
I can really relate to a lot of what you have gone through... and I know how fucked up it is. Like I said before, stay positive and strong. You will respond better to everything if you try.

We're some of the strongest people to have to be going through this. It's been 6 months for me, so if I can do it.... you can do it
Not you too!
I'll think positive for you every day, look after yourself and get well soon
also reminds me why I went through the barrage of needles for cervical cancer vaccine

The cells on the organs themselves are what shows the cancer. There's healthy cells, abnormal, and then cancerous. If they catch you in abnormal it's quick and easy to fix.
How are you still recovering from a laparoscopy? It should not be taking you that long - something's wrong with that.

I am infected... I think they sent me to work too quickly. The incision in my bellybutton has been torn open several times, and the lower incision is just being a dick.
Both incisions are not looking too good, and I am in a lot of pain They may have to restitch the bellybutton .
What I am wondering is if the endometrial cells could be cancerous.

How does this make sense? The Women's cancer center doesn't have a secretary... and I've left 3 messages saying I need an appt for Wednesday (tomorrow) because it's my only day off of work and they haven't called me back. The cancer center sure dropped the ball. Now I don't know if I should go back to my original dr or try to find a different one, or just show up at the center tomorrow and be like "HEY I NEED A DR!"
T- If they haven't said one word about them being cancerous I wouldn't even be concerned about it.

Sara,
I haven't been in the c0r in ages....
...but I've always had a soft spot for you when you would visit the ATL for our loco smoking/drinking/bbq'ing extravaganza's.
Somebody mentioned that this thread was up, but I would have never in my wildest dreams thought that it could have been about somebody I've enjoyed a good amount of GREAT moments with.
I believe you can fight this. You are definitely strong enough. All of my prayers go out to you, babe.
Kick cancer's anus!

Half of those nights I can't remember.
Thank you Javi & Amelia... I <3 you both.
I don't know what I'd do without the support of TA.
