Oh fuck. The Russians played great tonight and they absolutely did deserve their place in the semi finals. However I think it was somewhat of a Holland - Holland game, Hiddink did great coaching and he knows the Dutch team so well, our style and weaknesses. He knew how to get under our skin. I don't think Holland got into the game well for one second. The Russians put so much pressure on our team, on every ball. Dutch ball possession was poor and the defence has always been shaky. We would've made a better shot on penalties...

i guess i underestimated the russian team, but perhaps they will meet spain again in the semi? we know how that game went before...

holland was really dissappointing this time considering what they have shown us before, i was actually counting on them.... now i would really like russia to win the cup, but my guess is spain or germany though

BTW, did you guys see the moment where the Russian player almost put the ball in the Russian net accidentally, and Akinfeev barely got it?

God damn, Akinfeev had some strong words for his co-player that was pretty dangerous.
